Jac Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! The name came by referring to my cleaners. They beat them in pricing and service. They contacted me the night before to confirm their arrival, and then called me back 30 minutes before the time of arrival. The young man that arrived was polite, wearing a well-dressed uniform, and was extremely friendly.
The company called me within 30 seconds of me submitting the request online and was very helpful in determining my actual needs and told me right away what the cost would be. I was also very pleased to find that I didn’t have to move any furniture or worry about preparation.
They called immediately and gave me an estimate and we set up an appointment. The price was very reasonable. They called on the day of the appointment and were running ahead of schedule, so they came early, went over the work to be done, asked about different stains, got to work and completed the job very quickly.
The technician took his time and did a really nice job. We were very satisfied with the outcome and the price was the best I found. I would definitely hire them again.
